The Chinese recruitment was not as bad as people portrayed it. how bad, the response was because:
1. No Zambian can be appointed in China.
2. How could they defend the country.
3. There are many unemployed Zambians out there.

1. Yes no Zambian (African) is appointed in China. Each country has different laws. Should Zambia start appointing Non indigenous Zambians based on the laws from their motherlands? if China does not allow, then Zambia should follow suit. suppose a Zambian was appointed in China, would the same question be asked?.if that was the case, America would have asked Kenya to appoint an American s a president or Obama doesnt go through. But does it make sense? it doesnt.
2.How will they defend a country? firstly, humans could easily change, even an indigenous could turn into a traitor. but thats not a case, the police never access classified documents to leak information and they are never near when war erupts so their job is just to serve the community, period. unfortunately, even the current are never trusted with their brutality towards armless people. the way we hope in them, we could extend it to others too.
3. just one question, are we suppose to look for indigenous Zambians every time we need to employ people or just someone who is competent and available? there are competent Zambians of course fact is not everyone should be appointed. Let each Zambian employed out there come back also because there are also competent indigenous people wherever they are. but is this also making sense? not so.
